AzanClk.com Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at AzanClk.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute out shipping policy.

Processing Time: All orders require 1 business day (24 hours) of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Cancellations: Should the need arise to cancel an order after you have placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible. You can request a cancellation by phone or by email.  Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery.

Request to change Address: We do not accommodate complete address change after the order have been placed. If such an incident does occur, you can always contact us and we will provide you a set of solutions.

Delayed Shipments: AzanClk takes on-time delivery very seriously. If there is a delay in your shipment or AzanClk is unable to ship your parcel on time, you will be notified via email or via telephone.

If you parcel is experiencing external delays (such as sever weather, postal carrier strike) that are outside the control of AzanClk.com, AzanClk will do its best to notify the customer.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. AzanClk provides two shipping options - Standard Shipping, and Express Shipping. Please note that whether you choose Standard Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 24 Hours in processing time in our warehouse before it ships, unless otherwise noted.

International Shipping Policy:

Duties & Customs: AzanClk.com is not responsible for any customs or duties on orders shipped. The buyer is responsible for paying any associated duties or customs fee on purchases they have placed on AzanClk.com when the parcel arrives at their home country.
